I represent that I am familiar with the operation of this golf cart, and agree to return said cart at the end of play in as good condition as received. I agree to hold harmless the MCG Golf, from any damages, injuries, or claims whatsoever arising from my use of said golf cart, and further agree to pay for all damages sustained while said golf cart is in my possession. I further represent that I am over 18 years of age and licensed to drive and I will not permit non-licensed drivers to operate the golf cart.
