Each player must present an official USGA Index as of July 1st, 2024 as well as a valid USGA GHIN number in order to participate in the MCG Cup. On the first of every month, the players USGA Index will be taken and that updated index will determine the flight that each player participates in during that month's event. 

Points will be allocated per tournament based on your overall placement in each event (per flight). You will accumulate placement points and there will be end of season awards acknowledged to the players with the most placement points throughout the season. Every player will have one regular season tournament not included in their end of season points total. This allows a player to miss an event (if nec) and still be competitive at the end of the season competition. Each player must remove their worst placement overall out of the first four regular season tournaments. The championship placement points must be counted for the end of season points race and the points in this championship match will be multiplied compared to the regular season tournaments.
